International Money Transfers
We accept international money transfers through major money transfer platforms such as Western Union and MoneyGram. The information you will need to provide to your transfer agent is as follows:
- Recipient: EDUARDO JAVIER RENARD JULIÁN
- Country: Spain
- Recipient Currency: EURO (regardless of whether you pay in your local currency)
- Amount: The corresponding cost of the product you wish to purchase. Check the cost in the dropdown menus found in the Online Store or on your proforma invoice if you requested one.
Once the transfer has been made, you must send us the following information via WhatsApp (to the number +34 611490391) or by email (shop@topoedu.com):
- The transaction reference number that appears on your receipt (for example, a screenshot or photo of the receipt).
- Your full name (or the name of the person who will be using the software).
- The email address (of the person who will be using the software).
Once we receive this information, we will send you a download link via email along with your user credentials and installation instructions.
