Can I transfer my Topoedu license to a different computer?
Yes. We are pleased to inform you that if you have Topoedu installed on one computer and decide to switch to a new one, you can take your license with you. You just need to uninstall it from your old computer following the instructions in the Installation Manual. It’s a very simple and quick process. Once uninstalled, you can reinstall your license on your new computer. License migration is limited to once per year. However, this is more than enough for most users. If you need to use the software on multiple devices, consider purchasing multiple licenses. Check out the promotions in the Online Store—they’re spectacular!

Can I reinstall my Topoedu license multiple times on my computer?
Yes. Topoedu licenses are perpetual on the installation device. Reinstalling a license is not considered a migration. This means that once installed on a computer, you can reinstall it on the same computer as many times as needed.

Do the licenses have an expiration date?
No. The licenses for the Topoedu surveying and geodesy software do not have an expiration date. This means that once purchased, there is no need to renew it. You can format and register it again, or migrate it to another device, where it will continue to be perpetual.

How do I purchase Topoedu software?
The purchasing process is very simple, convenient, and instant. Just go to the Online Store and follow the instructions. You can easily purchase the software through PayPal. Once the transaction is completed, you will automatically receive an email with instructions for downloading and installing the software, along with manuals and other user tips. You can also purchase via bank transfer (more information here), or by international money transfer (such as Moneygram, Western Union, or similar) if you reside outside of Spain (more information here).

The antivirus blocks the program or warns me of a virus
First of all, stay calm. Rest assured that neither the software installer nor the Topoedu program itself poses any threat to your computer. The Topoedu software includes defense mechanisms to prevent hacking, which may trigger “false positives.” You can find more information at the following link.

I have a question about how to proceed with the program
I am a software user and have a question. What should I do? The software is easy to use, so it’s unlikely that you will have questions about its operation. However, as a Topoedu user, you have access to technical support, where we’ll be happy to assist you.
